Unilaterally the Supreme Court stops correspondence

Such answer from 7/6/2007 №04–2/1528 was received by former political prisoner Valery Levaneuski on the complaint to a verdict of court about the insult of the president of Byelorussia signed by the first vice-president of the Supreme Court of Byelorussia Fedortsov Alexander Adamovich.

Earlier courts refused to give the explanatory on a verdict, then – to give reasoned answers to supervising complaints, and now and have at all refused consideration of complaints. Such decision causes bewilderment since the law does not limit condemned in quantity of complaints to a verdict of court.

The given decision on the termination of considerations of complaints to a verdict of court will be appealed against, and in the meantime Valery Levaneuski has made the complaint to a verdict of court in the commission of the United Nations under human rights.
